Selfie Light and an Endoscope

There’s much more to phone flashlight than it seems. And there are much more ways when you haven’t got enough light. Say, when you need some light for a selfie, but your phone doesn’t have a frontal flash, this app utilizes the screen to emulate the flashlight. The result is surprisingly better than one would expect. For creating realistic effects, you can change the color and the brightness of the screen flash.

Most phones today have a default lantern app available from quick menu. This app features the same option too.

What you can also do with this app is to look for small objects in dark and narrow places. It’s achieved by continuous flashlight with the rear camera on. So you just need to direct its light where you want to see and see it on your phone’s screen, like you’re watching remotely. In fact, it emulates hardware endoscopes so popular today. Fade away, darkness!

And a Clock as Well!

The secondary feature of this app is a wonderful digital clock. You can use your phone as a nightstand when going to sleep. It will show you the current time and provide some light when it’s dark.

This clock can be used as well when the rear flashlight is on, on the control screen. Of course, you don’t have to switch the flashlight on while using the phone as a clock. But if you suddenly need some light in the night but you don’t want to turn on your room light, that’s the option.

Flashlight for Android is the only option. But iPhone users can find similar apps in App Store quantum satis.

○ Rich screen flashlight features;

○ Camera with flashlight on to ease searching in dark places hard to access;

○ Beautiful clock with flashlight options easily accessible;

○ Completely free.

○ More and more features become Android defaults;

○ The app can’t fully replace hardware endoscopes.

Maybe one day these features will become default for Android. But so far it makes sense to download Flashlight and enjoy its wonderful features, including great clock.
